Once we have received your booking form we will confirm your attendance, and regularly keep you updated. If you have any questions please call 01992 374100. We are a ‘voicemail free zone’ during office hours, you will be able to talk immediately to the Event Manager who will be delighted to assist you.

For a unique tailored experience, we recruit national and regional solution providers based on the collective and individual needs and requests of our attendees. The sooner we receive your booking form, the quicker we can personalise this event to your requirements. Thank you for your booking!

Terms and Conditions

Attendance is entirely free of charge, however a cancellation charge will apply if you cancel within 1 month of the event and you or your company do not provide a suitable replacement. The cancellation charge is £500 + VAT or if you cancel within 24 hours of the event this will increase to £1000 + VAT.

If you do not keep to the itinerary planned and agreed for you, or if you leave the event early without good reason, you will be charged £500 + VAT.

These sums are pre-estimates of the losses we suffer when a delegate cancels and a suitable replacement is not available.
