Once we have received your booking form we will confirm your attendance, and regularly keep you updated. If you have any questions please call 01992 374100. We are a ‘voicemail free zone’ during office hours, you will be able to talk immediately to the Event Manager who will be delighted to assist you.

Terms and Conditions

When booking your place at the Summit you will be asked to provide a replacement name should you be unable to attend. If within 1 month of the Summit you cancel and your replacement is unable to attend then a charge may be imposed of £750 +VAT. All cancellations must be in writing. If you should cancel within 48 hours of the Summit the cancellation fee will be doubled.
