Now in it's 5th year, and due to the consistent high demand for places we are pleased to announce The Call Centre & Customer Services Summit will now run twice a year, with the launch of the Autumn event taking place on the 20th & 21st October 2008.
The 8th Call Centre & Customer Service Summit will once again be totally focused on what’s important for you and your requirements. Dedicated to bringing together senior CC & CS Professionals who are actively seeking solutions, and by carefully monitoring their areas of interest our experienced team can ensure that only relevant providers attend, and a programme is individually created for each attendee.
