Paul leads risk management and regulatory compliance consulting at IBM for UK financial services and major risk. In recent years, Paul has advised major global investment banks, private wealth managers and the FSA on major programmes. Paul is also responsible for developing IBM's relationships with software partners to deliver market and credit risk solutions to clients
